どれもこれも、何らかの国際機関に見せかけていますので、代理人を使わずに手続きしている人は騙されてしまうのではないでしょうか。

これが初めて受け取る海外からの郵便物なら警戒するでしょうが、この前にWIPOからいろいろな通知を受け取っているはずですからね。
